WHAT IS THE GOODITEMSMALL RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
We hope you love what you ordered and that your purchase results in a wonderful moment. We are happy to accept eligible returns in new and unused conditions within 60 days from receipt of the package. You can choose to be refunded to your original form of payment, minus a $5 return shipping fee, or in the form of store credit for the full amount. Items must not be worn, damaged or altered in any way and all tags must be attached.
Please note: all items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gooditemsmall reserves the right to deny any return that does not fall within the specific guidelines listed above. Items will be sent back directly to the customer in a timely manner should they not fit gooditemsmall’s return requirements.
Not the perfect fit? We are happy to offer an exchange of your eligible item for a different size or color with a waived restocking fee. Please note all exchanges must follow the same return guidelines as listed above and are subject to the item's availability.

REFUND
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund request. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original method of payment.
• Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date we receive the returned item(s).
• Refund Amount: The refund will be for the full amount of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping charges.
